Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Advisor to join our team at FBM Company. As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing and resolving employee relation issues
- Providing coaching and support to managers on people-related matters
- Coordinating recruitment and selection process
- Administering employee benefits and rewards programs
