Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Platforms
- Maintain active and engaging presence across all social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing content for our products, either in-house or in collaboration with third-party videographers, ensuring it is suitable for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Audience Engagement: Build and foster meaningful relationships with our audience, serving as a bridge between our business and clients through timely responses, engaging posts, and interactive content.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers on Instagram to promote our products effectively. Produce professional videos showcasing our PR products to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in videography and content creation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences effectively.
