Job Description

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. As the Office Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle or escalate inquiries as necessary.
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Timings: 4pm to 12 am
