Job Description
We are a leading company, SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd, looking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing overall sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for professional growth.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and sales team input.
- Work with leadership to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
- Contribute to the development and management of the sales budget.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 3 To 4 years’ Experience (Solar experience is a must)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
