Job Description
Dynamic Solutions is currently seeking an IT Assistant to join our team for the night shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and problem-solving to contribute to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
