Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Centre, Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support to address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value and features to customers.
- Provide training and resources to customers to maximize product/service utilization.
- Identify opportunities for customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates and participate in reference activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer data to drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve customer success goals.
- Familiarity with B2C and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
