Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Islamabad. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for day to day customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, clear communication with customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing high-quality customer service.
Salary: 80 thousand basic salary and pay will increase after 3 months of probation.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer support skills and experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
