Job Description
Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor office supply levels related to technical needs; reorder as and when required. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stock records and management.
Should have good experience in buildouts, drawings & designs, renovation, Turnkey solutions.
Good understanding of leasing, contracting, renewals, etc.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help running the operations smoothly.
Excellent record keeping, reporting and presentation skills.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of the physical environment and standards of services provided.
Management of directly employed and mobile resources (HVAC and Electrician).
Management of all electrical equipment including Genset, Electrical DBs, etc.
First team to resolve any electrical issues and always have a proactive approach towards R&M.
Liaise with campus users, local residents, local authority, and other external bodies to build effective relationships
Effectively prepare and monitor budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources
Accountable for the safety and security of the campus, including compliance and understanding of risk, reporting, and governance processes, ensuring that these are fully applied, complied with and adhered to.
Any task given by line manager / Reporting manager
