Role Description
This is a full-time on-site General Manager Operations role in Lahore. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring customer service excellence, and budgeting. The General Manager Operations will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective performance within the organization.
Qualifications
- General Management and Operations Management skills
- Experience in managing teams and ensuring customer service excellence

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
