Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager IR / ER. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of industrial relations and employee relations within the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling grievance procedures and conducting investigations regarding employee complaints
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
To be successful in this position, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of labor laws. You should also be able to demonstrate a track record of effectively managing employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
