Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operator located in Gwadar. The Plant Operator will be responsible for plant operations, quality control, machine operation, maintenance, and forklift operation. The Plant Operator will be expected to carry out these tasks in a safe and efficient manner and to adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
Qualification & Experience Desired:
- Plant operations during shift for areas related to Furnace, Granulation, Bagging, Raw Material Feeding, HCL absorption, HCL storage, H2SO4 Storage
- Ensure smooth operations & running as per plant SOPS.
- Troubleshooting as per SOPLabour attending plant shiftsFollow Plant SOPs & HSE policy
- Diploma Holder, Experience of at least 5 years for similar plant operations
- Experience in plant operations, quality control, and machine operation
- Strong maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
