Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Shopify/eBay/Amazon/Walmart dropshipping expert, located in Lahore at our back office. The dropshipping expert will be responsible for managing our e-commerce stores on multiple platforms. Day to day tasks include storefront management, price management, customer service, order processing, and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growing revenue by maximizing customer delight.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or Walmart, creating and managing online storefronts, and optimizing revenue and growth through online sales platforms
- Proficiency in product research, evaluation, and selection techniques, and experience in SEO optimization
- Familiarity with payment and customer service platforms, including dealing with customer inquiries, order processing, and handling returns and refunds
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management, shipping, and return policies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, exercise sound judgment, and work independently
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and Mailchimp
- Proven sales experience and ability to deliver results and impact our company’s bottom line
The team will share these tasks, but you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing everything.
