Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. Responsible for tasks like answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Support skills
- Managing Customer Satisfaction and Experience
- Excellent communication skills (9/10)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Technology industry experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Additional qualifications may include technical support experience, software/hardware knowledge, and customer interfacing via phone, email, or chat. English skills must be 9/10.
