Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and utilize social media for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Learning & Development
- Support the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and materials preparation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Collect feedback and support in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
HR Digitalization
- Work closely with the HR Digitalization Lead to identify opportunities for digitalization within HR processes.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR technology solutions for improved efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of digital HR initiatives, including automation of routine tasks.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and trends, making recommendations for adoption.
Education: BBA / MBA
