Job Description
About the job:
Execution of work in conformity with the Construction Manager’s directives and per project drawings/specifications. Supervise contractor works for timely & cost-effective project completion.
Main Responsibilities under the direct supervision of PM/CM:
- Supervise and monitor building/infrastructure construction sites.
- Ensure quality assurance of on-going Civil/Finishes work per approved designs/specifications.
- Interpret and execute various project drawings.
- Set weekly targets, share site reports, ensure testing, and maintain HSE compliance.
- Maintain progress reports, photos of project sites, and ensure site housekeeping.
Main opportunities/challenges for this Job:
- Contract-related challenges.
- Achievement of project progress within approved timeline.
- Health and safety hazards management.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in construction, preferably in high-rise building construction.
