Job Description
Manage and direct the organization towards its primary objectives, based on profit, growth projections, and development of new business. Define, develop, and execute visions and strategies for the country. Establish business priorities, drive continuous improvement, and align financial procedures. Overall responsibility for business unit operations, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Develop new avenues for financial inflow, reduce costs, and analyze sales figures. Manage an efficient balance between operational functions and sales. Update colleagues, increase revenue, and ensure country profitability.
