Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Islamabad. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette while handling customer queries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer support and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Fluency in both written and verbal English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the travel industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Note: This is a full-time office-based job.
