Job Description
Lead and manage a team of software testers with at least 7 years of experience.
Develop and maintain the testing strategy, collaborate with teams, and implement testing processes.
Write detailed test cases, participate in UAT, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Own test case creation, execution, maintenance, and scheduling.
Mentor team members, provide feedback to developers, and enhance software testing processes.
Develop testing framework, evaluate new tools, and collaborate with QA department.
