Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing South Region, B2B, and B2C sales with monthly targets.
- Leading a team of 10-15 technical sales engineers.
- Identifying new clients and pitching Pantera products.
- Maintaining sales volume and pricing competitiveness.
- Developing customer relationships and overseeing business development.
- Training team on product knowledge and securing leads.
- Formulating relevant sales strategies in the solar market.
- Reporting to Regional Sales Manager and managing documentation.
- Location: DHA, Phase-VII-A Karachi
Work Experience: 3-4 years in Solar industry. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
