Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls promptly
  • Practice active listening and handle customer inquiries
  • Adhere to communication scripts
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Upsell products and build customer relationships
  • Maintain call center database records
  • Participate in training to enhance performance
  • Achieve set targets

Qualifications:

Minimum: Intermediate/BBA/BS/CS

1 year of call center experience

Excellent communication and phone handling skills

Basic Networking Knowledge

Ability to assess customer needs and provide timely solutions

Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure resolution
