Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations comply with laws and regulations, analyzing and providing recommendations on compliance risks, and developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. The Compliance Executive will also communicate compliance-related issues to the Managing Director and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Regulatory Compliance and Law knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
- Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
