Job Description
Position: Vendor Onboarding Specialist
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP & Ariba
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and vendor management software
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new vendors
- Execute internal compliance controls for supplier enrollment
- Communicate with project teams, internal departments, and contractors
- Manage ARIBA SLP and maintain standard master data info in SAP S4HANA
- Review vendor documentation for compliance with policies
- Maintain accurate vendor records and positive relationships
- Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries and support for Ariba matters
- Coordinate with departments for timely completion of onboarding tasks
