Job Description
Position Summary:
This position aims to enhance banking operational efficiency, aligning with business objectives and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop operations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Optimize processes, digitalize systems, and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and control implementation.
- Identify risks, mitigate gaps, and achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Supervise daily operations, monitor performance, and conduct training.
Requirements:
- Preferably Masters in HR, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Special Certification(s) in the field is preferred.
- 12-14 years of Islamic Banking experience.
