Job Description
Position Summary:
To lead and upgrade the Bank’s Operations for operational efficiency & effectiveness. Develop Operations strategy in-line with Business Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Drive strategic planning, OPEX budgeting, and align operational activities to support business continuity. Supervise Treasury and Credit Operations, ensure technology utilization, and implement policies for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
- 15+ years experience in Islamic Banking.
