Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter in Lahore to handle full-cycle recruitment and technical hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, managing job requisitions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Prior technical recruiting or tech industry experience is a plus
Additional skills needed: problem-solving, negotiation, organizational skills, and knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
Office Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: 80,00-110,00
