Main Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies aligned with company goals in automation industry.
- Design automation system proposals.
- Analyze market trends for expansion and partnerships.
- Build client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prepare BOQ and system estimates.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and propose innovative solutions.
- Prepare electrical and automation drawings.
- Meet sales targets and negotiate contracts.
- Establish partnerships and expand market reach.
- Conduct site surveys, supervision, and vendor selection.
- Provide technical input for marketing materials.
- Prepare reports on technical and business development activities.
- Handle payment recovery and coordinate with operations team.
Required Skillset:
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s automation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with market analysis abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset for innovation and growth.
- Willingness to travel and background in electronics engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in automation industry.
