Job Description

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently, we are looking for experienced individuals for the position of ‘Procurement Officer’ with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job requirements:

• Contracts reporting
• Managing vendor payments and compliance
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
• Timely preparation of POs for smooth functioning of procurement operation.
• Generate invoices for all daily receiving’s to manage the funds on time (If required).
• To liaise with sales departments regarding procurement.
• Perform all record-keeping processes and maintain records of all entries
• Perform an audit on all import and export files on a regular basis
• Check Prices from market & Vendor for better Sourcing
• Check Compliance as per requirement of project specification
• Checking Data Sheet as per requirement of project items
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• To perform any other tasks/duties that may be assigned by the management/supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization.
• Ability to work in Night Shift

Skills:

Revenue Analysis, MS Office, Fluent in English, Purchase orders, Management Procurement, Contracts Knowledge, ERP Configuration, Quick Books Online
