Job Description

HRCONSOL is looking to hire the IT Lead for one of its clients, based in Karachi. You will play a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and digital transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of hardware and software solutions across multiple clubs in Pakistan.
  • Implement best practices within the IT department and develop robust policies for system reliability and security.
  • Deploy third-party network monitoring tools for system scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with international vendors and recruit in-house talent as needed.
  • Implement automation solutions and suggest software enhancements.
  • Maintain and secure existing systems, generate IT infrastructure reports, and troubleshoot disruptions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software services with technical project delivery expertise.
  • At least 2+ years as a team lead or technical project manager.
  • Knowledge of web applications, database servers, REST APIs, and computer networking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
