Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Skyscrapers, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and talent acquisition processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Support the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition and human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Stipend: 20,00/month.
Internship Duration: 3 months.
