Job Description
- Responsible for logging any user complaints related to HMIS.
- Responsible for logging all requests for new development in HMIS.
- Responsible for logging and resolving data stored within the HMIS.
- Responsible for logging all requests for system level ID creation.
- Responsible for training employees on using the hospital HMIS or software tools they might need.
- Responsible for compiling and submitting the monthly issue log.
- Responsible for creating users IDs and Email IDs.
