Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Operational Risk Framework & Assurance at Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operational risk frameworks to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the organization.
You will work closely with senior management to provide assurance on the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
