Job Description

We’re Hiring for a skilled Payroll Team Lead – HR/Payroll to join our team. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a knack for accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you. Share your resume

About The Role:

  • Handle an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes.
  • Deliver timely and accurate payroll results aligned to Rehmat-e-Shereen payroll standards and framework.
  • Update and maintain payroll records (Joiners/Leavers/ Changes) and payroll master data.
  • Process all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provision, capture of holidays, etc.
  • Process payroll related allowances and deductions, delivering yearly bonus and merit cycle.
  • Process payroll monthly and yearly reporting (with Tax, Provident Fund), provide input for Finance teams.
  • Deal with financial controls, Deliver on-time excellent service to Employees and stakeholders.
  • Be a point of escalations for pay related employee queries.
  • Implement continuous improvements within functional area of payroll process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated Payroll processing experience (preferably in textile industry).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, or related field.
  • Good command of English would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislations and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, numerical ability, and strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within respect of deadlines.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in payroll and HR administration processes.
