Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive at ibex. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, previous customer support experience, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
