Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist within the Operations department at ibex will provide solutions to technical problems and claim resolution to customers. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the claim filing process via phone call, assisting with queries, and ensuring accurate resolutions. We seek individuals with excellent English communication, IT background, and a passion for customer service. Key requirements: O-Levels/Intermediate or above, American or neutral accent, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
