Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves overseeing production staff, monitoring processes, and ensuring efficient production line operations. Responsibilities include quality control, meeting production deadlines, and upholding set targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of production management experience
- Staff management and production process oversight experience
- Task prioritization and deadline adherence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Monthly and weekly production planning expertise
- Interviewing and assigning workers to production operations
- Adjusting schedules and priorities as needed
- Coordinating production workflow with supply chain and sales
