Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries promptly.
- Engage with customers via email, chat, and call.
- Identify and convert leads.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Take ownership of the Sales Department.
- Problem-solving and timely action.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Work Timings: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
