Job Description
Outstanding Resource is seeking a dynamic Freight Broker for their client office in Gulberg 5, Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage and expand freight brokerage operations, requiring a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance indicators for operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance to junior brokers and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with carriers for reliable transportation solutions.
- Collaborate with clients for customized logistics solutions.
- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure smooth freight movement.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience as a Freight Broker.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in freight brokerage software.
