Role Description
Full-time position for an Assistant Director (Operations & Maintenance) at Green Corporate Initiative in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include managing national irrigation projects, leading teams, ensuring equipment efficiency, and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– 10+ years experience in civil engineering operations and maintenance
– Proficiency in team management, project leadership, scheduling, and budgeting
– Strong knowledge of irrigation pipelines maintenance
– Skills in communication, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and sustainability practices
– Experience in green building and LEED certification preferable
– Preferably with Armed Forces Engineering Corps background
