Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at RHF AGENCY. The representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Faisalabad with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and related skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the insurance industry (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (a plus)
