Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries in real-time, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience via chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide relevant information to customers.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training sessions and staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chat support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, providing support to our customers around the clock.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
