Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Islamabad
Reporting to: Regional Manager Corporate Services
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- To retain, service & grow large & SME accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of assigned regional sales & service targets
- Coordination with regional & HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases & customer complaints
- Responsible for providing monthly invoices & billing collection management
- Timely problem identification & customer service management for new referrals
- Revenue assurance & smooth customer handling
- Developing customized solutions & seeking new business ventures
- Meeting monthly sales targets & driving growth avenues
- Churn management, contract renewals, negotiations & comparative analysis
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education: Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Work Experience: 5+ years in a similar role
Skills – Job Specific:
- Analytical & negotiation skills
- Relationship building & problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
