Job Description
Cavalier Group is seeking Trainee Functional Consultants (TFC) to learn and work with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. B. Com/BBA (Finance) graduates are encouraged to apply, including fresh candidates. The hired Trainee will perform tasks such as requirement gathering, data analysis, strategy development, and end user support. Key skills include product and business knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform requirement gathering and need assessment
- Analyze data for Gap Analysis and communication improvement
- Conduct evaluation and present findings
- Prepare Business Process Documentation and conduct Functional Testing
- Coordinate software deployment and provide end user support
