Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report manpower addition to Head HR & OD, job analysis, and rationale.
- Perform recruitment activities for planned and budgeted positions.
- Provide required manpower on time in assigned departments.
- Conduct selection interviews for all positions.
- Conduct effective and fair new employee orientations.
- Regularly check employee files to ensure proper records are maintained.
- Share attendance summaries with department heads.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Preferably in HRM)
Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year

- Presentation skills

- Interpersonal and people skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
Location: Phase 3, DHA, Lahore.
