Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Service Support Engineer. As a Service Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting customer issues, identifying root causes, and finding appropriate solutions. You will also work closely with our engineering team to escalate and resolve complex problems.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts. Previous experience in a similar customer support or technical role is preferred.
