Job Description
Overview:
The incumbent will be required to interface between floor & inventory teams to ensure accurate inbound and outbound activities. Responsible for daily warehouse project activities, control related to floor operation, and regular reporting in line with warehouse SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control daily project operations & activities.
- Monitor operations to ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Provide alternative solutions to warehouse manager for any operational issues.
- Liaise with Inventory team to define cycle count/stock take schedule.
- Control all inbound and outbound daily warehouse activities.
- Ensure stock accuracy matches the system reported to the warehouse manager.
- Ensure all reports are well-documented.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of warehousing experience in a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proficient in warehouse procedures and policies.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and ability to take initiative.
- Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
