Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations, providing end-user support, managing Azure solutions, and collaborating with the IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud services
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Implement monitoring and security measures
Qualifications: Strong technical skills, IT experience, problem-solving abilities, and a relevant degree. Help Desk support experience and industry certifications are preferred.
Location: Lahore
Salary: up to 150K per month
Timing: 9am to 9pm
