Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager OD & Learning to join our team and play a pivotal role in organizational growth. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to collaborate in analyzing business structures, contribute to designing and implementing developmental initiatives, support the formulation of development plans, assist in talent review processes, and more.
Job Specification:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
- 5-6 years experience in OD and learning
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
- Extensive knowledge of learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms
