Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction within the International Market.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and a second language
- Ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Experience in the relevant industry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
