Job Description
Position/Title: Staff Accountant
Job type: Full-time
Summary: The Staff Accountant is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Financial Accounting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up accounting shell for new clients and work on initial financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial deadlines.
- Prepare monthly financials for a portfolio of clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- Property Management Experience preferred.
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (required)
