Job Description
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist ready to create impactful email campaigns at Talent Disruptors. Responsibilities include setting up automations, analyzing performance, and managing client accounts hands-on. Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to drive client success through targeted strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement engaging email campaigns for target audiences.
- Establish and manage email automations to boost customer engagement.
- Integrate email tools with software applications for smooth operations.
- Segment email lists for personalized content delivery based on user interactions.
- Analyze campaign performance to shape future marketing strategies.
- Optimize email content for enhanced deliverability and engagement rates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for effective communications.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Available during office hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
